ZVA 25 High-Speed Automatic Diesel Nozzle – Up to 140 L/min

Refuel trucks, agricultural vehicles and plant machinery with the ELAFLEX ZVA 25 automatic fuel nozzle. Designed for use with electric pumps, it delivers 15–140 litres per minute and shuts off when the vehicle tank is full to help prevent overfilling and spills.

The nozzle has a 31 mm outside-diameter spout with a stainless steel tip, plus an inlet swivel to help reduce hose wear. Its modular construction allows worn parts to be replaced; spares are available.

Available options

Choose a version with a safety break swivel (ZVA.25SBC) or a magnet in the guard for compatible Pumptronics ZEON and C-SERIES dispensers (ZVA.25C). A standard-speed ZVA nozzle rated at 10–80 L/min and a lower-cost 15–140 L/min alternative are also available. Replacement parts should be fitted by an experienced fuel pump engineer.
